No shocking result in a game when third rankedBrno (17-10) defeated at home 8th ranked NH Ostrava (10-18) 100-88 on Tuesday. Brno dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to NH Ostrava 's 38 and made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. They outrebounded NH Ostrava 31-20 including 23 on the defensive glass. Brno looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. American-Nigerian forward Kevin Kalu (206-2003, college: UTEP) had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all ten shots !!!) to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Ryker Cisarik (206, college: Nova SE) chipped in 18 points and 4 steals during the contest. The best for the losing side was American guard Lynn Greer III (188-2002, college: Temple) with 17 points and 8 assists and Australian swingman Elias Cato (206, college: Cent Arkansas) scored 19 points and 5 rebounds. Four Brno and five NH Ostrava players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Brno maintains third position with 17-10 record having five points less than leader Olomoucko. NH Ostrava lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 18 games lost.
